Why one CV isn't enough

•Most people build one pretty CV with colours and columns and send it everywhere
•Companies run CVs through ATS software before a human ever sees them, and the fancy layout gets binned because the software can't read it
•You need two versions, no exceptions: one visual for humans, one plain for machines

Checklist

•Build a pretty version: colour, structure, designed for human eyes
•Build a plain version: no columns, no fancy formatting, ATS can parse every word
•Send the right one for the job, the listing will tell you which
